Timbers Food Company specializes in Italian cuisine. It is a quaint 60 seat restaurant located within an original Banff home and features one of the largest open air patios in Banff where the chef may be seen preparing gourmet meals during the Summer months. The restaurant (a favourite for locals in Banff) has a relaxed atmosphere noted for its ambiance with a prefect blend of casual dining melding unique house made dishes. Chef Nigel Walker has recreated old and new favourites from his 26 years experience offering "homemade" quality dishes.
